Shipping & Pickup Policy
All items from The Drifters Shop are made to order. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your order to be completed. Turnaround times may vary slightly during busy seasons, holidays, tournaments, or large order periods.
Free Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available for Drifters FC families. Pickup options may include:
- Select Drifters FC practices or skills training sessions
- Local porch pickup in Royse City, TX
You will be notified when your order is ready and provided with pickup details. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is complete.
Shipping
Standard shipping is available for customers who prefer to have their order mailed. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that the approximately 2-week turnaround time refers to production time. Shipping/transit time begins after your order has been completed and shipped.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact thedriftersshop@gmail.com as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information.
Once an order has been shipped, The Drifters Shop is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
