Return & Exchange Policy

All items from The Drifters Shop are made to order specifically for you. Because each item is produced based on the size, color, style, and design selected at checkout, all sales are final.

Please carefully review your size, shirt style, color, and design selections before placing your order. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges due to incorrect size, color, or style selections.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your Drifters gear! If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at thedriftersshop@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. If the mistake was made by The Drifters Shop, we will make it right at no additional cost to you.

Order Changes

Because items are made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once production has begun, we may not be able to change or cancel your order.

Personalized Items

Items personalized with a name, number, or other custom information cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or was made incorrectly by The Drifters Shop.
